Check In & Parking & Check In
Check In: 4 pm.
You will receive your unique door code a day prior to your check-in. If our cleaning team finishes early, we will message you so you can check in early. Please do not message and ask for an early check-in, if it is available you will be notified.
There is plenty of driveway parking for 3 to 4 cars. Do NOT park between the camper trailer (or marked area on lower right of driveway where camper trailer parks) and the road as it is regularly moved on and off the driveway. Parking in the marked camper trailer area or blocking the trailer will result in a $250 fine.

TVs
All TVs are Roku smart TVs for you to use with your preferred streaming services. Remember to sign out of your streaming services upon departure (you can select your departure date upon sign-in using guest mode and it will auto-sign out for you).
Trash & Recycling
The trash is picked up on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please take trash cans to the end of the driveway by the road the night before or when you check out. If you are staying beyond trash days, please kindly return the cans to the front of the garage after they are emptied.
Smoking Prohibited
Smoking is prohibited inside the house, on the patio, and near the doorways.
Violations will result in termination of reservation and $250 fine.
Pets
Dogs under 50 lbs are allowed with a $50 additional cleaning fee. Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the house when not in the patio or fenced area. All dog waste must be picked up and put into outdoor trash cans. Dog waste convenience bags are kept on the outdoor patio gate. Excessive barking/noise from dogs is prohibited. Violations of pet rules will result in a $250 fine and may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
Appliances and Equipment
Please treat the appliances and all equipment in the house as if it was your own.
Improper use, damaging, tampering, or attempting to disable or inhibit the operation of any of the appliances and equipment, such as the thermostat, smoke/CO detectors, or the security camera will result in immediate termination of the reservation and a $250 fine.
Quiet Hours
Radios, televisions and other audio equipment should be kept at a reasonable level at all times. Violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation and a $250 fine.
House Condition Concerns
Please reach out via the messaging app/website immediately upon discovering any issues with the house (cleanliness, functionality, etc.) and we will do our best to get it fixed for you.
Departure
Check out time is 10am.
Please honor this time so that our local cleaning team has time to prepare the house for our next guests. Guests that have not left by 10am will be charged a late check out fee of $200.
Upon departure please:
– Wash all used dishes (dishwasher running is okay)
– Empty refrigerator and freezer
– Empty trash to large trash cans by garage and take to end of driveway by the road
– Sign out of any TV streaming accounts you logged in to
– DO NOT strip the beds
