To submit your application please carefully read and acknowledge the following statements then complete and submit all required fields of the application form below.

This Rental Application is an offer to rent. The Deed of Lease is a legally binding contract.

It is unlawful to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, familial status or handicap. This application will be processed in accordance with all applicable Fair Housing and occupancy laws.

All applicants over 18 must submit individual applications of the form below.

Applicants agree and understand that:

  1. A copy of the proposed lease may be reviewed by applicant.
  2. Applicant will have to provide 2 photo forms of identification prior to signing the lease. One form must be valid government issued ID.
  3. This Application, and each occupant, and each pet, are subject to acceptance and approval by the Landlord.
  4. Applicant shall execute the Lease within 3 business days after approval by the Landlord.
  5. Landlord/Agent may withdraw approval and resume marketing Premises at anytime until Lease is signed and deposit is received.
  6. Applicant has no leasehold interest until the Lease is signed and deposit is received.
  7. The Tenant must insure all personal property, furniture and possessions and obtain liability insurance, naming the Landlord as an interested party.
  8. Applicant will abide by all Rules & Regulations of the community association and jurisdictional laws.
  9. Applicant will be required to submit full payment of security deposit upon execution of the lease, and first month’s rent prior to taking possession of Premises. Payments for rent and security deposit are to be paid through online payment portal (apartments.com) and cleared completely to be considered received.
  10. The application form below must be completed in its entirety.
  11. Proof of income must be submitted with the form below as follows:
    Hourly/Salary employees attach last 2 years Form W-2 and last 2 pay stubs.
    Self-employed attach last 2 years of Tax Form 1040 & Schedule C.
    Military attach orders and LES.
  12. Landlord will provide applicants a link via email to complete an online background check and credit check directly through Apartments.com ($40 fee per applicant may apply directly paid to Apartments.com).
