We offer a simple application process. The only fee is charged by the online credit and background report service. Both online application and background checks are provided through apartments.com.
All rent and security deposit payments are collected electronically through apartments.com which lets you pay from your checking account for free, or with credit or debit cards for a small fee.
Here are the steps to take when you are ready to apply:
- Provide completed application along with the following supporting documents:
- Two valid photo IDs, at least one must be government issued
- Proof of income documents
- Complete online background and credit application via Apartments.com ($40 fee per applicant)
– You will be emailed the link after application and supporting documents are approved - If approved we will notify you and provide you with a lease to e-sign
- A signed lease and the security deposit will hold the house for you until the lease start date
- The first month’s rent and full security deposit must be paid prior to move-in
