Application Process

We offer a simple application process that includes filling out a simple online form and  an online credit and criminal background check. The only fee is charged by the online credit and background report service. Both online application and background checks are provided through

Here are the steps to take when you are ready to apply:

  1. Request the application, return entire application along with the following supporting documents:
    1. Scan/Photo of two valid photo IDs, at least one must be government issued
    2. Proof of income documents:
      • Hourly/weekly employees attach last 2 years of Form W-2 and last 2 pay stubs
      • Self-employed attach copy of last 2 years of US Tax Form 1040 & Schedule C
      • Military attach copy of orders and LES
  2. Complete online background and credit application
    We will send you a link to your email for each applicant to complete this after you have submitted the paper application.
    A $40 application fee per application to may apply.
  3. If everything looks good we will notify you of your acceptance and provide you with a lease to sign.
  4. A signed lease and half of the security deposit will hold the condo for you until the desired lease start date.
  5. The remaining security deposit and first months rent must be paid prior to receiving the keys and can be done via cash or cashiers check.
